Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Plan 2026, a planning and task-management web app operated by Daniel Fitzgerald. The public demo is available at plan2026.ca.

By signing in or using Plan 2026, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Plan 2026 is provided as a personal productivity tool. Features may change, and the demo may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or updates.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that provider secure.

You must provide accurate information allowed by your sign-in provider and must be old enough to use online services under applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of tasks, plans, and other content you create. You grant us permission to store, display, and process that content only as needed to run the app (including sharing you authorize).

Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. Do not use Plan 2026 to harass others or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Google Calendar (optional)

If you connect Google Calendar or use Add to Calendar, you authorize Plan 2026 to create calendar events you request. Calendar access is optional and is not required to sign in.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape the app in ways that harm performance, or use Plan 2026 in violation of law or third-party terms (including Google’s policies when you use Google sign-in or Calendar).

Termination

You may stop using Plan 2026 at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the demo.

You may request deletion of your stored data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daniel Fitzgerald and Plan 2026 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
